Moving

 I tried so hard to upload a video, but I have no idea how to upload videos anymore to blogger?? Any help? Kind of looks like I have to put it to youtube and I don't know how to do that??

 

  So anyways, these two pictures will have to do. Ellie is on the move. Fast?? NO WAY!! She is literaly an inchworm. She does not get onto her hands and knees nor does she do the army crawl. Ive never seen a baby move in such a way....she lifts her butt up just enough to pull less weight with her hands. She grabs forward, presses into the carpet with her hands, lifts her butt off the ground and pulls the lower portion of her body to her hands. WEIRD!! I will put her in the office and about 10 minutes later she has managed to inch her way to the kitchen. 

Then she, for the first time, pulled herself up to this position on the dishwasher.  I have a video of her doing this, then thinking she was big stuff she removed her hands from the dishwasher, grabbed a spatula and then did a face plant on the edge of the dishwasher resulting in LOTS of girl tears:).  Yes, she cries much differently than the boys.  She puts out her lips into a "pout" face and slowly begins to cry.  The boys, well they just opened wide and wailed.

Then today she managed to do this to herself:).  Oh silly little girl.

11 Months!!

Sweet little Ellie turned 11 months old today!!  Some photos from her mini photo shoot here at home in the same chair as every month before.  She is wearing her Easter dress, shoes and headband that she will be wearing next sunday to church!!

March 20th, 2009

March 20th, 2009 at 2:52 pm my 3rd little boy came into this world.  Hard to believe he is 4 years old today!!

This past weekend we celebrated his birthday with family here at our house.  He requested that his birthday cake be Bob The Builder!  I knew I was in for challenge when I saw the cake pan.  Needless to say 4 hours later Bob was complete and Liam LOVED it!!

 I made homemade pizza for dinner and the family brought in the fruit, veggies, chips.

 Time for gifts.  Liam was pretty excited and thrilled to have all those gifts to himself.  He does care, because when my brother and his wife walked in the house, Liam ran up and said "did you bring me a gift"?  Guess I have a little teaching to do that we don't ask for gifts(although its tough at this age:))

 Time for cake and ice cream.  Liam was so quick to blow out his candles that noone got a picture so we had to relight them and let him blow them out again.

Happy 4th Birthday Liam Nicholas Waibel!!  We love you so much!!

Snow

So we got a substantial amount of snow.  Can't say I was to excited to see it falling outside, but the kids sure were!!  They didn't even wait for it to stop snowing......they got home from school on Tuesday and got all dressed up.

 Yes, it was snowing that hard that the visibility was pretty poor.  Kids are out making a snow man, because it was PERFECT packing snow.

 After 2 hours Liam came trotting back inside.....he was done:)

 On Wednesday kids were out of school so out they went again.  This time they weren't out nearly as long.  But they still had fun crawling around and eating snow.....eeeewwww!!!

10 months!!

On February 23rd little miss Ellie turned 10 months old.  Time just keeps ticking!!  She is still not crawling, but I am perfectly fine with that.  At least I know right where she is:)  I had lots of fun with her photo shoot this time.  I think I took 20 picutres...but Im not the greatest photographer so not all turned out.  Here are several to enjoy.  Love the outfit....a gift from some dear friends Philip and Lana from Atlanta!!!

 And then I decided to stand her up and lean her back just a tad bit so she wouldn't fall forwards.  Gotta love the lizard tongue she so nicely sports!!!

Happy Valentines Day

I think the kids thought it was christmas:).....

 

They set up a red blanket on the ground, put their valentines gifts on the blanket after dinner and then proceeded to open up their gifts.  Normally we don't do to much for Vday, but this year I thought it would be fun to get them something.  They also had gifts from G&G Waibel to open as well. We got E and C Apples to Apples Junior game and some candy and Liam got a Mobiego game and candy.

 THEN it was time for Ellie to open her gift from Elijah......................

Tada!!!  Elijah made an adorable knitted hat for ellie and then mom waibel made a scarf to match.  They did this all while staying at Dad and Mom Waibels the few days after I had ear surgery.  Its so cute on Ellie and she wore it proudly the remainder of the night!!
