Happy 10th Anniversary!!

Can it be?? Where did the time go?? I never imagined it would go this fast!!
10 years of marriage to the best man I could have ever asked for. Of course Id be lying if I said we never had an argument, but those arguments are nothing compared to the amazing years we have had.
We have been blessed with three wonderful boys whom we love dearly, we enjoy the time we spend with each of our families. Our 10 years wouldn't be anything like they are without the multiple moves we have made in our 10 years. From moving back and forth for 2 years while nick finished college...living in Cincinnati, then to lafayette, then to Cincinnati, then back to lafayette, then onto Mahomet, IL once nick graduated and found a job, then a few years later moving to Knoxville, TN, then back to the place we never thought we would be.....Francesville, Indiana!! We have grown a great deal from all these moves. We have learned to be dependent on each other when neither of us knew a soul. Nor did we know where the nearest gas station, grocery, doctors, dentists, and even churches were. We not only were dependent on each other, but GOD!! God knew what our lives have needed in the past 10 years...of course had I chosen Id never have moved, but I am so thankful that God knew we needed all these moves to further our life for him. What a blessing it has all been!!! Thanks Nick for 10 great years of marriage and for being the one who listened to God when it was once again time to move!!

So the other night I decided to go get out the wedding dress from the back of the closet. I thought...why not try this on after 10 years:). So I slipped into it. It fit, but yet it didn't fit. 3 children later your body has rearrranged itself:) So without further ado.....

I thought it would be fun to find a picture of nick and I in the past 10 years, however we didn't have a digital camera way back when....so I went back as far as I could(which isn't very far).

2006- a trip to London and Paris. We are standing in front of the Tower Bridge in London.

2007- A trip to San Francisco. Standing in front of the Golden Gate Bridge.

2008- We went out to eat at this super amazing restaurant called Lakeside Tavern in Tennessee.

2009- Sitting in the hosptial room a few hours after our 3rd boy Liam Nicholas was born.

2010-Part of our Christmas card for 2010.
I love you to pieces Nicholas David Waibel!! You make me smile!! I am so looking forward to celebrating our 10 years in April on our cruise!!

Holy moly, 10 years!! Congrats!! Love the wedding dress pic. Yeah, I'd say it's a little big:) Did you notice how many different hair styles you have in all those pics of you and Nick? Thats amazing. I would have, lets see...ummm...ONE!! I guess you can do lots with your hair when it grows so fast.

I was going to comment about the multiple hair styles, but then decided not to:). HAA HAA I found it kind of funny that I can't be satisfied with one hair style. And now I am working on growing it long. What next??

I agree with Joy, the dress is a bit big which is AMAZING since you've had three kids!! I'd be pretty happy about that!

Congrats! Such fun pictures and I love the testimony of how God used all your moving to strengthen your marriage. And I definitely have to echo everyone else in that you look great after having 3 kids and being able to fit in your dress. I don't remember your wedding, but I have to say I really like the simplicity of your dress. I'm not one for poofiness. :)
