Daddy stayed home a bit later this morning than usual to help send the boys off to school. He made them breakfast of Waffles and apple juice. Caden kept saying how he was excited for school. (which Im so thankful for)
After breakfast was a photo shoot with their backpacks. Happy little Caden!

Coming out of the house and much to my dismay.......
running for the bus:(. (my plan was to get down their early, and get a picture of both boys going onto the bus. However the bus came 15 minutes earlier than last year and came from a different direction too). So this is the only picture of them getting onto the bus. Im so bummed. Im glad we walked down early or we would have missed it all together. Guess this means that we will be getting up even earlier since the bus comes earlier!!

yeah, looks like they are the first ones on the school bus. What time was that? What time did they get up? It's still dark:) I'm not ready for those days:)
got on the bus at 7:15am (no it wasn't dark out).
No they were not the first ones on. I think they were the 4th on.
They got up at 6:45, but I think we will get up around 6:40 instead as the bus will come at 7:15 instead of 7:30 like last year.
Well, go ahead and take another "posed" picture with the bus another day, who will know it wasn't really the first day!!
