28 weeks along....12 weeks to go!!

Although this is REALLY when I do not like pictures of myself, I figure I better get one taken for the sake of having it to scrapbook later on down the road:). I can't believe I only have 12 weeks left and if my previous birth's are any indication of how this birth might go...then I may very well only have 10 weeks left:). Now that sounds even better!!

WOOHOO!!!

Yeah!! My sister Joy finally posted on her blog which means I get to also!!!

I am so excited to announce that I will once again be an aunt! My sister Joy and husband Jason are expecting their 2nd baby in August. She is 12 weeks along and got to hear the heartbeat today to verify she indeed was pregnant. Gotta love that little heartbeat:). Jayla Jo will make a great big sister!!

Congrats Joy and Jason...we are so very excited and thrilled that God has granted your desire to be a mommy and daddy again!

Snow what fun, it is to ride....

.....on a sled pulled by the go cart!! Enjoy because I am CERTAIN the boys were having a blast. You can tell by the laughter and giggles that are on this video. (Liam rode in the go cart with nick).

Ok, so after uploading this....I just had to go see how fun it actually was:). So out I went for a ride and let me tell you .....I was laughing the entire time...so much fun!! At one point I actually caught some air and my sled went off the ground. I did fall off at the end, but baby and I had fun and it was well worth it:).

I knew this time was coming sooner than I probably wanted it to, but my little Liam is growing up and will soon be 3 years old! With a new sibling on the way this transition had to take place as we are going to need the crib for the little "squirt". So last night was trial night. I thought to myself, if it doesn't go well, he goes back into the crib for another month or two. But to my surprise he did AMAZING!! We told him there is NO jumping on the bed, NO getting out of bed, and if he would fall out of bed(no rails), then he was to get up and hop back into bed. I also told him that in the morning he was to just yell for mommy and I would come get him and that he was NOT to get out of bed and open his door. He seemed to understand, so we shut off the lights and left the room. We put him to bed at 8pm and at 9:30 I decided to check on him. He was sitting up in his bed(but not out of bed). I told him it was time to close his eyes and go to sleep. I think he was pretty excited! At 10pm I checked on him again and this time he was sound asleep:). YEAH!

He slept so good and he didn't fall out! And this morning he was a good boy and obeyed! It was 10am (curtains in a room sure do help make it darker:)) when he screamed out saying "mommy, all done, mommy all done". So I went up to get him and he was sitting nicely in his bed waiting for me. I was so happy with him!! Big hugs and kisses for him that morning for obeying mommy! And since it went so well last night....we are going to give it another shot tonight:).

#1 January- enjoyed the cook's hill and went sledding!!

#2 February- Hotel Weekend with our potluck groups.

#3 March- First cake I have ever made by myself:)

#4 April- 10 year anniversary cruise for us...joy and jason went with!!

#5 May- Indiana Beach because the kids got free tickets from school for reading books.

#6 June- Very bad wind storm where we lost 6 tree's out back. One of which was the treehouse tree top. AND

the boys got an early christmas present....a 2 person go-cart:)

#7 July- The boys and I went blueberry picking. I think we plan to make this a yearly thing! YUM! ALSO..I forgot to add a picture here of the Gerry Waibel family because they took the entire family to Tennessee this summer!! SO MUCH FUN!!!

#8 August- Nick and I found out we were pregnant with baby #4:)

#9 September- We went camping with Leman's, Westfall's and Gutwein's. So much fun!!

#10 October- I was hit by a truck while walking in Francesville and was life lined to South Bend. Praising God for the mercies he has shown our family!! (it's been 3 months and I am still having hip issue's due to it.)

#11 November- My photo disappeared and my blogger won't let me post it unless I post the picture at the top of the post:(. So I am skipping it. It was a picture of the boys outside catching some LARGE snowflakes with their mouths.

Christmas 2011!!!

Our christmas festivities started a bit early this year by traveling to Minnesota for my grandparents(seated in the middle) 70th wedding anniversary!!! AMAZING to be married that long and to both be living! God has blessed them so much and I just love them to pieces! This picture is of my grandparents with their 8 children!

This is sweet Jayla and little Liam zonked out on the trip home!! Cute little sleeping buddies. It was nice having Jason ,Joy and Jayla with us because it kept nick and I company and Liam had a playmate in the back seat. Elijah and Caden rode with my parents.

Caden had a christmas program at school. He did a good job and sang very well. I found it pretty cute, but his hands stayed in his pockets the ENTIRE TIME!!!

Pathetic I know, but I just realized I do not have any pictures of our Harold Gutwein Christmas which was on Friday night. I think I might have to find my dear aunt joan and see what she has of it. Wow...I am so disappointed!!

Gutwein Christmas was on the Saturday before christmas. Here is our dinner table. We always start our meal off with French Onion soup. Delish! Joy, Tricia and I got creative and made place card settings. They turned out pretty darn cute and we decided to save them and use them for years to come:).

This is the kids table out in the kitchen. Not nearly as decorated, but Im sure you know why? :).

Present time and stocking stuffers....kids all lined up to take turns opening their stockings. Not sure there is any room left for the future grandkids though cause this room was PACKED!!! Guess we will have to have two rows pretty soon. I think Jayla kind of started the second row this year:).

Then on Christmas day(sunday) we had our christmas. It was fun to celebrate Christ's birth on the actual day with my dear family. Here are my sweet boys at dinner. I think this is one of my favorite pictures of them. Liam actually looks like he loves his brothers:). BTW, the kids had sparkling grape juice...no worries!!

Stocking time! I wrap each stuffer and I think that makes it a bit more fun for the kids. More to unwrap!

Liam enjoyed his fondue as well, except most of the time you found his stick on the table and him drinking his fondue!! Gotta love that chocolate!!Waibel Christmas was on Monday night. Family picture in front of the tree. A yearly thing we do:)

Each of the boys got a fun hat from mom and dad waibel. This picture however of Elijah is of a hat he got from Avery. He loves it and wears it shopping with me:). I get several looks!

Caden and his dinasour(??) hat. It was hard to tell if it was a dinasour or a dragon? Either way, he looks pretty cute in it.

Growing!

This was taken in October so I was around 11 weeks.

This was taken just a week ago so I was 19 weeks along. Its amazing how quickly I showed with this little "squirt" and how my boys keep telling me that "my tummy is getting bigger each day". On monday I have my 20 week ultrasound. I am excited to see the "squirt" growing inside of me, but I plan to not find out what this one is. As you, we too will be surprised when the "squirt" shows his/her face. Yeah...half way there....just about:)!!!
